Comments:
Goal was 500 Q's on Saturday only, but somehow managed to also bag a full sweep
of 50 states and 8 provinces in 8.6 hours. This is a very happy surprise
because the conditions were mediocre. A index was over 10 plus and had to
contend with loud crashes on the low bands Sat night due to nearby T-storms.
Running stations came in fits and starts, although did have one good run on 20m
and another on 40m that were really fun. I just stayed in the chair and kept
chipping away with lots of CQ'ing.
Very much enjoyed the privelege of being a guest op at W6SR -- many thanks to
Rick and Karen for their hospitality.
