Started out 100w buut when KV4FZ couldn't hear me I increased the wattage to
around 700 and VOILA ! KV4FZ at 23:47 , still daylight here. Mostly ran but a
few spins up and down when things slowed.
I still need to improve the RX wires , too much noise on the rcvr. Will work on
that by the time the main event rolls around.
Thanks to all who called and made the repeats when needed. Sorry but a couple
callers just too weak to copy, that seems to be the norm for 160m.QSB took a
toll on readability , I would copy a call and then it was gone!
Three ALOHA stations worked for the best DX , then KV4FZ and nice to work VO1HP
for a 10pt Q.
Score is per N1MM+ , but subject to change (and likely will) after log check.
