Comments:

Tried hard to find AB but missed it by *that much* -- the sweep was not to be.
VE6BBP heard on 20M Saturday afternoon was almost inaudible and under so much
traffic I couldn't get through and didn't stay around for long. Never heard
VE6EX at all but heard guys working him.

Got out of the gate on 10M with 50 or so Qs, but the band didn't last long
here. Messed up the exchange on the first two QSOs (forgot to change the N1MM
default string). Logged what I sent, though, before I got things corrected.

Ended the first night at 12:30 a.m. (0830z) with 412 Qs, 77 mults and 63,448
points, still needing: WY, AB, MB, NL, NT, SK.

Back on at 4:30 a.m. (1230z) but the low bands were not playing from west to
east, though I could hear a lot of eastern and midwest stations. Just 8
contacts in the first hour back on -- five of them on 80M. Bleak time until 20M
popped open.

Once the high bands opened Sunday, I ended up working three SK, three MB, two
WY, one NL (thanks VO1HP for hanging in there while the masses waited), and
VE8EV found me as usual calling due north at the bottom of 20M late on Sunday
afternoon. He was among the biggest signals I heard all weekend, booming into
BC. But no sign of the VE6s on Sunday. Sniff. No sweep.

Had lofty goals contingent upon high bands working well. 10M didn't, and 15M
was so-so on Saturday and dead all day Sunday. Welcome to the slide to Cycle
25.

Fourth-best SS CW for me -- did better than this with low power in 2013, and
didn't do much worst than this last year or 2012 with low power. Really
disappointed to miss the sweep.
