Hi All: ***VE6EX was NOT so2r and was qrp from town (residental Calgary..)***
Well I did what I could...Think I tried harder than last year but 15 did'nt
play as well and the calls were too tough generally too many fills...YUP...I
had my chance last year when 15 was mega...I ended up a rare 5 watter on 20
with the killer run big gun stns....nothing on 10....
VE6EX was ....Better rig overall TS 850s at qrp power...Waaay better rx in
the pileups and internal tuner a big plus with antennas and hi swr on my Vee's
Used n1mm + first SS effort... not as easy or fast as trlog but gotta go
for WIN program and what it plays and what is current organisers want as
against beloved DOS/early cabrillo and all for wrtc fun...Battery power on
call but not needed tho' has in the past...
3 el Mosley classic 33 tribander on a city lot tower (th7 had to go....)
with coax fed vee's below for 40 and 80; same as last year..
