Comments:
Ugh - conditions didn't pick up until 15 minutes to go. I couldn't get a signal
out with 5 watts with the beam or the quad loop. I also had rig problems - I
use the W4DFG club's TS-590 and somebody had set the offset incorrectly and set
the audio to "weird" (heavy bass)which I didn't figure out until 30
minutes in.
However, it was still fun - glad I made the trip up for the early session.
Thanks to the ops who had the patience to work me QRP.
