A fun few hours (split just about evenly between Friday and Saturday nights).
Bad news at N5UM - Ice storm brought down some of the antennas and did major
tree damage.
Good news at N5UM - the 160 meter antenna survived so was able to work this
contest.
Had a pretty OK run for the first hour on Saturday night: 96 Qs from 0506 to
0605Z. Not bad with low power and crummy antenna.
The 2 non W/VE countries worked were XE and TI.
Rig: IC741O - 100W
Antennas: Inverted L (full size) - vertical part only about 35-40ft, 8
radials.
Pixel-Sat mag loop for receive (works very well)
