What great fun this morning! Thanks to all with whom I got to chat.
And, a big welcome to my childhood neighborhood friend, John L. McVey, KM4OIX,
from TN. John will be a great member of CWOps. So, pretty soon, I will be
nominating him. I hope that those of you who work him will keep track and drop
in a sponsorship when his nomination comes up. He has had his ticket only a
couple of months and he's already up to 25 wpm easily. Of course, he had a
career in the US Navy as a cryptologist, so CW is nothing new to him. He also
was the tech guru in the Federal Reserve in DC! Welcome, John! Keep up your
great work. You'll love these top-notch operators on CWT!
And, it's always a thrill to hear W7SW, but you just never know what kind of
name and QTH Scotty is cooking up. Rudolph at the NP today! How great!
I hope to see lots of activity at 1900z and 0300z, too.
73 all,
