Comments:
My second year running QRP and a Carolina Windom in this contest, with a goal of
surpassing my 2014 QRP score with 13:45 BIC time. I achieved this at 13:19 BIC
time, and decided to keep going.
Multipliers made a big difference. 17% more BIC time resulted in 36% more
points. I'm pleased.
The bands were in decent shape, except 80M wasn't friendly to QRP. I heard many
EU stations, but they didn't heat me -- calling CQ again before I finished my
call. What's with that? hey expect an instant S9 reply, or they're not
interested?
Oh well, so goes QRP and a wire antenna.
