Glad to be back on the air. I lost my antennas in early February due to an ice
storm. Took down damaged 4 x 23 elements 432 MHz and 16 elements on 144 MHz
Saturday, 4/9/16. Put up remaining 7 elements of 144 MHz antenna on Sunday,
4/10/16. Ran 800 watts or so from FT-847 to 8877 driven w/ low power. Longest
contact was with N4TWX, EL89, 336 mi. Thanks Terry for the good ears! Hope to
have antennas repaired and be back on the bands in a few weeks. 73 all! Kent -
