Comments:
Operated from Fannin County QTH. Ran LP-CW last year, but made the QRP-CW
effort this year. Woke up early Saturday and strung up a spare G5RV that had
been sitting in my basement, perpendicular to the existing OCF wire. This
seemed to provide some benefit. However, I was hoping to come closer to last
years score, but I fell a bit short - the 100 watts does make a difference. I
had a great time and am thankful to all who answered the QRP signal. I had
better run rates in 2015 with just the one antenna, but I did operate more
consistently this year, and also my multiplier count was higher this time,
which helped.
