Comments:

Decided to run QRP this morning....only 99 watts. Ha!

Condx here were kinda 'squirrely'--some usually strong signals were in the mud,
while some sigs were knocking me outta the chair (and, with my hefty frame,
that's quite a feat!).

'Twas nice to work some new members, as well as long-time friends, Joe Moffatt,
AB5OR, who I heard running on 40m. Then, my childhood buddy, John McVey, K4AFE
(ex-KM4OIX), but John (we always called him 'Mac' back in the day) was quite
weak on 40. His big signal just skipped over us here on Elvis' front porch.

Now, gotta run to Oxford, MS to speak to their Rotary Club at noon. Y'all pray
for me, 'cause I have to be on the campus of Ole Miss -- and I'm a Miss. State
native/graduate/fan. I hope those Rebels don't act too mean to this old
Bulldog! Ha!

BCN y'all..

73,
--Dr. Larry S. Anderson, WB5EIN #1327

Rig: Ten-Tec Orion 565AT ~100w into 400' horizontal loop up 40'
