Comments:
Amp was acting erratically, so had to operate barefoot. Almost everyone in the
Eastern Hemisphere spotted by RBN in my zone were below the noise floor at my
station or not copyable due to heavy flutter. Pretty much just picked off the
few readily copyable signals from LOTW users I needed for WAS or DXCC.
