Comments:
This was one of six single-band entries at Radio Oakley. High band prop was
bad, but typical of a declining cycle. Condx seemed to favor the hilltop
stations, as most of our ops observed.
The first two stations were worked Friday eve late in the 02Z hour, both skew
path over VK. I was not on Saturday PM due to a jazz gig. CQd off and on
Sunday
PM, pointing skew and direct path to JA. The band finally opened in the last
half hour, direct path, 12 more Qs!
