Comments:
Conditions from the USA West Coast were marginal. 15 Meters was useless, and 20
was so-so most of the time I was on.
I think I worked ONE German station, so I can submit my log and not feel too
weird! Good thing the organizers allowed us to work anyone, or this would have
been a complete bust. I guess this is what the next few years holds for us as
the sunspot cycle bottoms out.
