Comments:

A full-time QRP effort, and I made a higher score than last year,
despite poor conditions. I used the Thursday NCCC Sprint and
Friday night practice to get a second radio working so I could
operate SO2R, which kept me interested and in the chair for 10
hours.

Nothing on 10m at the start. Later, local N7NM took pity and
answered my second radio CQs for a "local mult." Thanks Doug!

15m and 20m were the bands for me for six hours. Then just
20m for three more hours until a QRPer could get a squeek in
on 40m, and still an hour before sunset. I even took an hour off
hoping for sunlight to fade and 40m to improve, but I just
had to take what nature provided.

Finally at sunset I worked 40m and 80m for an hour, for the
"easy" Qs and Mults, and then took the last hour off.

Wow, some guys had great runs going on 20m, but I never heard
many really LOUD signals like during better conditions. I still
find using two different radios (and panadapters) confusing, so
pardon my mistakes. Everyone else seemed to be doing a great
job, with very few signals off-frequency or inverted. Nice!
Once again, it seeemed like every W9 was on-the-air! Thanks!
