Comments:
Parked 2 miles from house so that xyl Marty, WB2VYK could operate without my
blanking her out. Checking equipment for 8 days on the road starting next
week. Had to wait my turn for many contacts but finally worked most stations I
called. Flex 6300 with Maestro Control Console. Horizontally mounted 40 and 20
meter Hustler antennas atop 3 foot mag mount. Makes an easy to install mobile
setup with no computer required. Manual logging, which is good practice.
Expect to work mobile for 1900 and 0300 sessions.
