Guys, the conditions can not be named 'propagation'. It was real constipation of
radio waves!
Most of Europeans were weak often with SNR below zero. Nothing of USA East
coast and Caribbean. Just couple of Brazil. One of them was Oms PY5EG reached
by LP.
It was long, long story of 'run' rated of about 50 QSO/hr.
