Comments:
Conditions were awful for the most part, and I didn't have much time to get on.
On top of that, most TN stations moved to 40 M about 1400 local time, so there
wasn't anyone to work here on the West Coast.
I know it's a big commitment, but state QSO parties should have to be a minimum
of 24 hours to give those on other coasts a chance to find some of the stations
on a band that is open to both stations.
