Comments:
Lost power when hurricane Hermine visited the panhandle. Got power back at 1600z
so was able to operate in the third session.I used a new Writelog logging
program and when I finished the open I found the program made NO Cabrillo file.
So cannot submit a log. But I tried. Always enjoy the Open.
