Very limited time for this. Repaired major feed line problem on 40M.
In 53 years of hamming, have never heard so many horrible, over-modulated
signals.
Seems to be a correlation between the increasing prices of transceivers and the
increasing over-modulation and splatter. Trouble is, so many operators do not
know how to adjust their rigs. RTFM (Read The F#%$ing Manual) was never more
applicable.
IMHO, SSB contesting is in pitiful shape and getting worse.
Even so, Vielen dank, DARC for sponsoring the fine WAE 'tests.
