Club: Badger Contesters

Comments:

Band conditions were about average, except for some enhancement to the West and
Northwest.  Activity continued its yearly decline.  Thanks to W9SZ for running
all the bands from 2M to 10 GHz, and also thanks to W9YOY/R, who was the only
other really active rover in this area.
