I know I haven't been around much recently -- been busy with work and trying to
get both my and my father's houses on the market, with my father having
recently moved into independent living, and my wife and I preparing to head
south to be closer to our families.
Even though my real estate agent in CT is a ham, he made me finish taking down
my antennas before the house started to show. So, I'm remote control or
otherwise begging a seat until things stabilize.
Low power only tonight from a station in CT, and latency was a bit annoying.
But it beats planning season at work, or the continuous house cleaning that is
required amongst the house-showings.
