Comments:
Thanks a million again to Mamiro/PY2DM for hosting us at his fine station. We
arrived Thursday and Murphy attacked us in many ways: extreme winds and hard
rain as we arrived which caused one phase of 220VAC to disappear until well
into Friday. In process of restoring the 220VAC a hi voltage pulse on the 220V
caused some Elyt Caps in the Amp HV to blow as well as the pwr supply 12 V for
the radio. We had to source Eelectrolytes via Internet and have them courier
delivered, a motorcycle trip of 3 hours, one way. They arrived and after 2
hours we were on the air again with full power. Thereafter all went smooth and
10m opened much more and longer than expected. Thanks for all the QSOs!
