Comments:
A recent QTH move and the tower with beam is still not up. Temporarily using an
88ft doublet at 40ft fed with approx 155ft of 450 ohm line to the radio room.
Relay switched so that it can be used as a vertical T antenna on 160/80. All
matching networks home brew. Doesn't compare with the beam of course,
particularly on 40m, but still a very effective antenna.
Even though we're way down on sunspots it's still a surprise to find so much DX
about. Even more of a surprise to work them!
