Comments:
Adverse conditions to put in mildly: Solar indices down; ice storm coated the
Yagi; and SWR sky-high. Fortunately we started to thaw on Saturday morning
(PST). The SWR came down. Some propagation came in--E-skip and TEP. The mystery
and charm (?) of 10 meters.
