There is a lot more to work in this cocntest than you manage to get in your log.
Always plenty of fresh meat.
Bands were as good as you could have hoped for from the NW, but had difficulty
getting motivated this year for some reason. That shows up in the multiplier
count. Could have easily been 20-30 higher if I would have worked a little
harder. I am sure this will be costly.
Hard to believe over 300 Q's on 80 from here. But when you're beating out
other east coast when you call Florida stations, you know that prop is good.
Hadn't turned the 40/20 tower for a month, temp way below zero. Actually got a
touch of frostbite on my finger getting it freed from the ice. Needed the amp
on to warm up shack, but not in this contest!
I hope everyone worked plenty of MT. Its a tough mult for me -- missed it on
40 and of course, I missed everything on 10!
