Again I decided to see what can be done with QRP and it was fun!
In order to improve my Rx- capabilities, I set up a Shielded Loop with a
PreAmp. Soon it was clear that the effort paid off. Listening in diversity mode
was much less fatiguing. Copy of DX signals was far better. Heard more than 20
NAs. However, VY2ZM was (again) the only one who came back to my call. Thank
you so much for making the effort!
Condx were better than expected with all those coronal holes covering the sun's
surface. Saturday evening to Sunday morning seemed to be best.
Amazing how some stations with really weak signals did hear me and came back on
the first call.
On the other hand two Multis from the Middle East had Signals well above S9 but
did not answer my call. They seem to suffer from extreme local QRM levels...
Thanks to those who pulled my signal out of the noise!
Cu all next year.
