Comments:
I played a few hours, but did not get started in the contest until Saturday. To
be cautious, I took my antennas down prior to the arrival of the major storm
that was headed to the Southern California coast. Once the storm blew through,
the antennas went back up. I found band noise low, and conditions moderately
good. I was surprised and pleased to be working ZLs late Saturday evening on
20, and that 10 meters opened nicely Sunday morning. I appreciate the many
excellent ops that took my call throughout the contest.
