Comments:
20 meters was in good shape to EU, with plenty of good STRONG Q's in the log.
Went to 40 meters and many signals down with fast QSB that was dropping a
character or two. Then there were the strong signals...
Fully think 20 was in much better shape than 40 from this QTH.
