My check list to prepare to "run" on the slow speed night:
1. Setup N1MM with MorseRunner for practice
2. Program the function keys
3. Practice, practice, practice...
4. Execute
Well, 3 out of 4 isn't bad - the execution was a bust. Either I hit the wrong
function keys, or it went from Run to S&P (changes the function keys) or
real life isn't anything like training. Many thanks to Tim for putting up with
my one "run" QSO. Rattled so much that I bailed after that one.
Change the list - forget N1MM for now and stick to the paddles.....
I might try it again next time we have a 20wpm night. Only took a couple of
years to work up to this one!!!!
