Comments:
My 160m elevated radials took a beating this last year and it was time to
replacement them. After looking at all my options, I installed K2AV's FCP
system. My property is heavily treed making properly installed radials almost
impossible on this band.
Stew Perry was an great opportunity to test the new FCP in difficult summer
conditions. Initial impression was positive. I worked everyone I heard, except
KV4FZ and W8WTS. Both were pretty weak in the noise. Longest DX was N3TE.
