Testing out the new KX2 at the home station. Radio worked fine, but a dismal
score in spite of Kp=1. I've done far better than that with the fishing pole!
What's the advantage of a beam if it's always pointed the wrong way? And the 40
M dipole may just be too high.
KX2 used 0.33 AH for the hour, so the 2.6 AH battery should last about 7
sessions. Of course, a bit less if there were more QSO's.
