500W > 3 elements @ 75 feet.
Band conditions were terrible as you all know. I thought I would finish the
contest without a GM logged but finally got a couple of very weak ones. I
actually had to pat my K3 on the back for pulling them in. I took a 3 hour nap
in the afternoon and I don't think it cost me a point. 20 did open again a bit
after 2100. After a brief visit to 40M I decided to submit the log as 20M
Single Band.
This was not a very good start to this new contest but I hope they keep it
going. It can only get better.
I should also report that nearly half (83) of my contacts gave me a 001 report
so they were DXers. 111 QSOs were with the USA.
