I knew I was only going to participate for a short while as I had an early
flight to Denver to drive up to WY to see the eclipse. So I needed to do a good
hard bike ride, take a shower, got on 20 and ran for 90 mins at 96/hr rate. Had
dinner and packed and got on 40 and ran another 74 in an hour or so. Had I been
able to go the distance I know I could have done pretty well, but all things
considered I am happy with this and was blown away by the Total Eclipse!
