Comments:

One of my favourite contests purely because of the QTC fun. Sadly I rarely get
time for the WAEDC, so when the opportunity arose to put a few hours in on
Saturday whilst visiting my OM I took the chance.

The RTTY gear was quite a lash up and very last-minute but got the station
setup just about in time for the midnight start.

Condx as expected were pants with very few DX stations workable with low power
to a vertical but I did find ten non-Europeans who were strong enough to take
QTCs from.

I struggled to find a G multiplier on all bands so don't think there was much
domestic interest in this one.

Win-Test worked flawlessly and for the first time I tried 2Tone by G3YYD
running in parallel with MMTTY. It was fascinating to see the difference
between the two decoders, 2Tone seemingly more selective and better coping with
strong QRM but MMTTY having superior sensitivity handling weaker signals better.
I can't remember asking for a single repeat.
