Comments:

What?!? Why did K1DG enter Low Power?

It's kind of a long boring story so I won't go into details.

It was an interesting experience. I discovered that I could actually run (well,
maybe "jog" is a better term) on 80 with 100 watts. I also managed a
pair of 150-ish hours on 20, running way high in the band. I discovered that
pileups, even big ones, can be cracked with low power and a little finesse.

Saturday afternoon I decided that the second night would be too slow to be much
fun, so I packed it in once I safely cleared 1000 Qs and 1M points. Took the
afternoon boat home and got to spend a pleasant Saturday evening and all day
Sunday with my family.

Congrats to Kevin, Greg, and Nate...some big scores considering the poor
conditions. See you next year.

73,

Doug K1DG
