K3/10 at 5 watts thru two tuners and balanced lines to two selectable broad-band
dipoles up about 45 to 50'. Condx were very good on 80 and 40 from this QTH.
Couldn't hear everyone, as skip was long, but could work just about all the
stations I could hear. Some at the right distance and takeoff angle were very
loud. Always fun when 20 and 15 are open, as they were, which allows keying
speeds to be increased with QRP output. Two QSO's with HI, one on 20M and one on
40M, always a thrill. All in all, a good time. C U next time. 73, Dan ke0tt
