Wow. What a strange day.
I missed the 1300 session because I had to be at work extra early today due to
the snow storm. I made it home in time for the 1900 but I had just started when
the XYL told me the snow had pulled down a giant tree limb and I had better move
my car because it came down right next to it and it seemed as if more were
imminent (which turned out to be true). I got back on for about the last 15
minutes and the power went out at 1957 while I was mid CQ. Right then the
thunder snow started so I decided it was time to disconnect the antennas and
QRT.
