Comments:
K5WA and I used this as a WRTC equipment and software shakedown. We also
intended to get some more practice at operating together - this one was so slow
that it was hardly practice. Our best hour, with two radios mind you, was 39.
175 of our contacts, over 50%, were with W/VE - hardly a DX Contest! We did
discover a few hardware and software issues so in that respect it was worthwhile
but, despite conditions being not all that bad, as far as contesting fun, it was
a dud! Things were so slow we didn't put in 24 hours but suspect we were on the
radios more than the 14 hours the logging program shows - things were so slow it
thought we were off!
