Comments:
Like many other WRTC 2018 participants, We could not miss RDXC as another good
opportunity to do some rig and operator training.
We were glad to be hosted by Algirdas LY5TO. Antennas, similar to those at
WRTC-2018 (Spiderbeam for 10, 15, 20m, G5RV for 40m and Inv Vee for 80m) were
already waiting for us. We only needed to bring our TRX's (FTDX5000 and
FTDX3000), PC's, triplexer, filters... Of course, We did not use internet and
160m band.
Mindis LY4L and me, We both spend in the chair 24 hours with one or two up to
ten minutes breaks.
Band conditions seems to me were poor. We managed only 5 QSO with USA, 3 QSO
with Canada, 3 QSO with Japan during entire Contest!
Anyway, We vere satisfied by this training session. Many thanks everybody for
the QSO's, thanks Algirdas and His family for the great hospitality.
