Activated ES100A as one out of the 15 ES special calls to celebrate the 100th
anniversary of the Estonian Republic (there were also other ES100-s working in
the contest). Thus the aim was not to maximize the score but to work on run as
much as possible (to raise otherwise a bit small SSB section of the overall
QSO-count, where CW is the main mode...). Due to conditions EU contacts were of
course prevaling.
The ES100 activity is closing with the end of March, but it has been a great
success - during the 2 months almost 150k QSO-s have been made so far and the
150k count will definitely be exceeded! The award programme and leader-board
competition has created quite a thrill and excitement, now we will have to
accomplish the other promises - QSL-cards, trophys etc.
