Have not been on 2 ssb with a decent antenna in about 15 years. I have recently
moved to Reedville VA near the Chesapeake Bay, a couple of miles from N4HB.
Just last week I finished my first tower and got a 6-el LFA up at 40 feet.
Of course the brick amp died on Sunday so for the Sprint I was running my
transverter barefoot...10 to 12 watts, driving it with a new Flex that I not
familiar with yet. Sorry for my weak signal but many Thanks for the Q's, at
least I know I can now hear up the coast!
