Comments:

We set up portable at three locations and operated mobile when moving between
sites. We set up the night before and camped on the White Pine/Eureka county
line and operated there for about four hours. Our next setup was about 90 miles
west on US50 in Lander county, where were active for about 3 hours. Our final
setup was about 120 east and south, on the Eureka/Nye county line, where we
operated for about four hours.

We operated mobile in White Pine, Eureka, Lander, Churchill, and Nye counties.

The mobile rig was a KX3 with KXPA100 to Hamsticks for 20 and 40M. W6JTI worked
CW while riding shotgun to W6GJB. Portable operation was from W6GJB's contesting
trailer with two identical stations -- K3, P3, KPA500, KAT500. Antennas were a
W6GJB/K9YC 2-element Yagi for 20M, a W6GJB-designed telescoping rotatable dipole
for 40M, and an 80M inverted Vee. Photos of Glen's trailer in k9yc.com/7QP.pdf
are from our 2016 operation.
