Comments:
Among the best 6 m conditions I have heard in a contest. Pretty happy with what
I was able to do with a low temporary Moxon antenna from a noisy almost-downtown
QTH. FT8 contributed over half my QSOs, despite the persistent confusion with
regard to contest mode or not. That said, the QSO rate might have been higher
on CW or SSB had more people been on the "old" modes...had a lot of
trouble with FT8 not copying moderately strong signals in QSB or multipath
situations where CW would have been just fine, not to mention much faster! It
was nice to make a couple of meteor scatter QSOs on MSK144 with my rather basic
setup.
Didn't pay too much attention to 2m, and when I did the activity and conditions
were both poor (as well as my antenna!).

Steve VE3SMA
