Fun. Portable/mobile operation from my car in Itasca County, MN. KX3-QRP /
battery power / CB whip on fender mount. Lots of sigs on 20M to listen to. Had
to pull back on the preamp, & NB. No computer, paper logging and two CW
memories for Call + Report. Surprised that a couple big signals didn't come
back, even when I didn't hear any QRM calling him. Oh well. There was some QSB
as well. I was in EN37. Not the greatest location in the woods. Didn't have the
luxury of putting up a wire antenna. If you would like a card, send me an email:
