Another NAQP in the history books...
I had limited time slots to run this year, but managed 7:43 total. To honor my
Dad's nickname I was going to use Joe, but thought the trailing dot would be
lost in weak signal Qs...but as it turns out people are more used to
"Joe" anyway...
Thanks to everyone for the q's and patience, my KD9SV Beverages needed
maintenance which I was going to do earlier in the week, but I ended up in the
hospital instead...I had recovered enough by Saturday to make a half-fast
effort.
I really like that the name exchange keeps on on your toes instead of a common
brain-dead exchange requiring almost zero brain effort.
Setup used:
Logging: N1MM
Rig: Elecraft K3
Xmt Ant: 160M OCF dipole
Rcv Ant: 2 bidirectional KD9SV Beverages
Thanks to all who participated, I hope the number increases next year!
Howie - WA4PSC
