Comments:
Bands were really noisy here at the start. Made a few Q's then took a break for
about an hour. Came back and made a few more, then storms moved in and had to
unplug. Went to eat. Most activity between 1900 Sun and end time at 0300. Low
bands eventually settled down, but 20 was difficult, even with high power.
Surprised I had that many phone Q's on 40 -- didn't realize until breaking down
score. Worked a lot of TCG'ers and got the bonus station K4TCG. Also worked
several calls familiar from CW Ops and RTTY contesting, including Ken K6MR (on 3
bands!), Rod W7OM, and Hank W6SX. This was eventually fun after storms moved out
and noise settled down. Thanks to all out-of-state stations for participating,
and thanks to everyone for the contacts! 73
