Comments:
First NA sprint.
Fun! CW speeds seemed downright relaxing compared to NS sprints!! So felt
comfortable, though occasionally brain went on strike. Decided to go HP, given
my little pistol station. Did OK on jump balls but often no callers for second
half of couplet. Nice to work so many of the stars of radio-sport!
Didn't sign up for a team because didn't know if I'd be able to participate at
all, due to family obligations, but ended up being able to do it full time.
Occasional major computer flub (including first Q in which I had the wrong
exchange programmed). Macro file definitely needs some serious study/surgery.
For some reason, it sends the call twice for RUN mode. Worse, sometimes it
sends last letter of call in between... e.g. K6AB B K6AB
Ugh.
Station: 28' tri-bander on roof, facing into a hill to the east; ground-mounted
33' 80/40 vertical; 1KW
