Comments:
I had other activities going Saturday, so didn't get started until late in the
afternoon, but found 20m already shut down, and 40m very noisy. Poor condx
persisted into the evening - I had to ask for repeats on half the stations I
worked, even struggled with some in King county on 80! Sunday on 20m, things
were a bit better, but not much. Still had fun, even if the BIC time was short.
