Comments:
40 was in good shape although a little noisy with rain in the area. 20 didn't
open until almost 1330. Although I heard IK0YVV early couldn't get through until
1345Z. On the other hand I worked SM5IMO around 1320Z and then didn't hear Dan
later in the hour.
